Using English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) can be both rewarding and challenging. This workshop is designed to support you in building confidence and developing effective strategies for teaching in English-speaking classroom environments.
The EMI Lunch series is a great opportunity to learn about English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) and practice teaching in English. The EMI Lunch series will continue in the upcoming semesters, with hands-on activities and topics related to teaching in English. A light buffet lunch which will be provided free of charge.
Note that for pre-doc assistants, workshops from the EMI Lunch series count towards your Teaching Skills Certificate.
